Red Hot
Red Hot 100 is a London-based fashion and print label that aims to raise awareness and challenge beauty standards. In 2020, I joined the brand as Digital Marketing Manager, eventually progressing to the role of Managing Director. My time with the company was instrumental in developing my leadership skills and enhancing my understanding of team building, brand management, and business expansion.
The Challenge
Red Hot needed to expand their digital presence and strengthen their brand identity while increasing engagement across various channels. The brand wanted to maintain cultural relevance and drive e-commerce sales through organic content, influencer marketing, and paid advertising, while simultaneously incorporating offline events to boost visibility.

I implemented a holistic marketing strategy that leveraged both digital and offline channels to raise awareness and recognition for the brand:
Creative Leadership: As Digital Marketing Manager and later Managing Director, I led the brand’s digital strategy, ensuring synergy between different marketing departments.
Social Media Content Creation: Developed and executed organic content strategies that aligned with the brand’s core message and image, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Influencer Marketing: Partnered with influencers to build credibility and expand the brand’s reach to new audiences, working on global campaigns.
Offline Brand Activations: Organized and led key events such as headlining London Pride, which increased the brand’s visibility. These events and brand partnerships were documented and repurposed as content for digital campaigns, seamlessly connecting offline experiences with online engagement.
Paid Ads: Implemented targeted paid advertising campaigns to drive e-commerce sales and enhance the brand’s digital footprint during key sales periods.
The Result
Through these combined efforts, Red Hot saw increased online engagement and greater visibility across platforms, growing by 50k+ followers during my time with the brand. The events helped build a strong community around the brand, while the digital strategies boosted e-commerce sales and increased desirability. My work with Red Hot 100 provided me with invaluable experience in creative leadership, business expansion, and a deep understanding of the connection between community and business.
